Core service
DTF printing in Ho Chi Minh City – 60cm and 120cm
DTF printing transfers designs printed on PET film with DTF ink, coated with adhesive powder, cured and heat-pressed onto the garment. The print sits on the fabric surface, so it works on many fabrics and shows true colors on light and dark garments. It is the core service of IN PET DTF.

By fabric
DTF printing by fabric
Exact pressing settings depend on the fabric and film; we advise case by case.
DTF on cotton
Cotton is the go-to fabric for T-shirts. DTF bonds well on cotton with a soft feel and bright colors.
Good to know: cotton may shrink after the first wash, so press on a flat garment; wash inside out to keep the print.
Suits: shop T-shirts, group and class shirts, event shirts, canvas bags.
DTF on polyester
Polyester is light and quick-drying, common for sportswear and uniforms. DTF on polyester gives sharp, deep colors.
Good to know: some polyester is heat-sensitive; we adjust the pressing temperature and test before a full run.
Suits: sportswear, team jerseys, race shirts, uniforms.
DTF on blends (TC, CVC)
Cotton-polyester blends (TC, CVC) are popular for uniforms: durable and wrinkle-resistant. DTF bonds well on blends.
Good to know: send us the fabric name or a sample garment for a test press.
Suits: company uniforms, polo shirts, workwear.
DTF on jersey, kate and silk
Stretch jersey, kate and thin silk can all be DTF printed.
Good to know: on stretch jersey avoid very large solid areas; silk and thin fabrics need lower heat and a test press.
Suits: fashion tees, kate shirts, silk tops, womenswear.
DTF on light and dark garments
DTF has a white underbase under the design, so colors stay true on black and dark garments.
Good to know: soft edges and blurred shadows on dark garments can show the white layer; we advise how to adjust the file.
Suits: black streetwear, dark group shirts, hoodies.

FAQ
DTF questions
Do you take small orders?
Yes. We take small and large orders. Small designs share one sheet to save film.
How is DTF different from screen printing?
Screen printing needs a screen for each color, so it suits large runs with few colors. DTF needs no screens, handles multi-color designs and gradients, and works for small runs.
Will the print peel in the wash?
Pressed at the right temperature and washed properly, the print stays firmly bonded. Let the garment rest 24 hours after pressing, wash inside out, avoid hot tumble drying and do not iron directly on the print.
Can you press the prints for me?
Yes. Take the film and press it yourself, or send your garments and we will press them.
